Naked Ashland Man says He'll Walk at Night

A man wearing nothing but tennis shoes walks the streets of Ashland, and right into a school zone.
Tony Cooper, 66, says he didn't mean to. And police say Cooper isn't breaking the law.
But now some residents are upset and they're calling for a ban on public nudity in the city.
Cooper says those people over-reacted. He suggested Ashland should have its own 'naked day'.
Cooper did say if he comes back to Ashland he'll start taking his walks after 10 p.m.
