Accused Killer in Stephanie Condon Case Returning to Oregon
ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A Nevada man is returning to Oregon to face charges he murdered a 14-year-old girl who disappeared while baby-sitting in 1998.
Court records show Dale Wayne Hill appeared in Walker River Justice Court in Nevada on Wednesday and waived extradition.
He faces trial in Douglas County Circuit Court in Roseburg on three counts of aggravated murder in the death of Stephanie Condon.
Hill had long been considered the prime suspect but was not arrested until the girl's remains were found along a remote logging road earlier this year.
