Bank robbery in Crime Stoppers 011012

In this weeks Crime Stoppers, Medford Police are looking for a man who robbed a grocery store bank.

The suspect took off with cash from the U. S. Bank in the east Medford Albertsons.

Police say he handed the teller a note claiming there were explosives inside the building. It happened Sunday afternoon. The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20's to early 30's with dark brown hair and a goatee. Although investigators didn't find explosives in or around the building, they say the case still worries them.

Medford Police spokesperson Lt. Bob Hansen said it's *important to catch the suspect.. so he doesn't do it again."

The case number 01-10-12. If you have any information concerning a possible suspect in this crime, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-850-0580. Mercedes-Benz of Medford will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and the filing of charges, and you can remain anonymous if you would like.
