K.Falls Kids Museum Celebrates 1st Anniversary
KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. -- It’s been one year since the Children’s Museum of Klamath Falls
opened, and organizers who made it happen are happy to still be open,
despite the difficulties of the economy.
The museum will cap its
first year in Klamath Falls with an anniversary party at the 711 East
Main St. establishment Friday. The celebration runs from 10 a.m. to 2
p.m. Attendees who pay a special $1 entry fee will have full access to
museum activities while dining on cookies and punch.
“That gives everybody the opportunity to come in and see the place,” said Krista Crone, museum director.
