51-Year-Old K.Falls Man Guilty of Stealing from Mom

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. -- A 51-year-old Klamath Falls man has been convicted of using his mom's ATM card to steal $2,300.
Klamath County Judge Richard Rambo this week found David Ross Purkhiser guilty of theft, identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
Purkhiser had waived his right to a jury trial. He will be sentenced Sept. 3.
