A transient in Klamath Falls is accused of setting fire to a bank late last night.
Sheriff's deputies say John Reinas had started a fire in some shrubs near the Chase Bank branch on South Sixth to stay warm. The fire got out of control and burned not only the shrubs... it destroyed three windows and some signs.
Damage is estimated at about $3,000.
Reinas is charged with Reckless Burning, 2nd degree Arson and 1st degree Criminal Mischief.
