Medford neighborhood using holiday lights for charity

Comments 0

A Medford street is using Christmas lights to help feed those in need. Neighbors on Greystone Court say they will see thousands of vehicles circle pass by their lights this time of year.

You are welcome to come enjoy the lights, but you are asked to donate. The donations go to Access incorporated in Medford.

Doug Rush has lived on Greystone Court since the event started nearly a decade ago. "The generosity of the folks here and the community has just overwhelmed us over the years last year was a little slow, but we have an indication that it will be a little better this year," Rush explained.

Access tells me they hope to raise twenty thousand dollars this year between the canned food and cash donations.
