Body, Kayak Found off Oregon Beach
No Foul Play Suspected

SEASIDE, Ore. (AP) - Authorities say a man may have drowned kayaking off the Oregon Coast.
The Oregon State Police said the body of 63-year William Don Harris of Portland was found Wednesday evening on the beach about five miles north of Seaside.
He was wearing a life jacket, and a kayak was found to the north. Police say there was no indication of foul play and they are investigating it as an accidental drowning.
