Police say a robbery in Talent could have been planned days in advance. The Talent Police Department says Jack's Tally Ho Bar and Restaurant was robbed a couple weeks ago with an employee inside while it happened. The employee was in the back cleaning up around 3 a.m. with the exhaust fan on and couldn't hear what was going on. When she turned off the fan she heard sounds coming from the bar. That's when she realized money was taken from the cash register. Police say the suspect came in through a sky light on the roof and was able to get out of the building without being seen, all in 10 minutes.
Police say because the robbery happened so fast that leads them to believe the person or persons responsible could have set up the plan in advance.

Police are looking for anyone who lives near the restaurant. They say the plot was so strange the suspect probably shared some of this information with people in the area.
