Siskiyou County Arrest Report--May 28

- Dana Michael Stafford, age 34 of Grenada, was arrested at his residence at 12:56 p.m. on 5/27/09 and booked into Siskiyou County Jail charged with making threats with the intent to terrorize, assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest; he remains in custody with bail set at $25,000.00. Stafford is charged with threatening a Pacific Power and Light employee with a with a splitting maul and making verbal threats to harm the man who had gone to Stafford’s residence to disconnect the power due to Stafford being $2,100.00 in arrears on his power bill.
- Jetty Bernard Thom Jr., age 48 of Happy Camp, was arrested in Happy Camp at 7:25 p.m. on 5/27/09 and booked into Siskiyou County Jail charged with inflicting corporal injury on his spouse or cohabitant; he remains in custody with bail set at $50,000.00. Thom was arrested after a Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a report of a domestic violence situation at a Happy Camp residence.
