Felony Assualt and Robbery in Medford
In this week's Crime Stoppers, a felony assault and robbery in Medford.
Medford Police say they're looking for four possible suspects. Last night a 23-year old male was standing outside Rack-Em in Medford with his girlfriend. Police say he was leaning against a car when the owner of that car came out and said he was going to get his gun. The victim and his girlfriend walked towards the Red Lion to get away. Police say the suspect called for his friends and then three males attacked the victim and robbed him.
Lt. Tim Doney of the Medford Police department said, "They attacked the victim on the sidewalk north of Rack-Em in front of the Red Lion Motel. Ultimately the victim ended up on his back and they punched and kicked him repeatedly and he suffered a variety of injuries."
Here's a description of the suspects:
Police say suspect number one is the male who said he was going to get his gun. He is dark skinned, about 5' 7" and had a thin line beard along his jaw line into a goatee. He said he was from Humboldt County.
Suspect number two is a white male in his late teens or early twenties, about 5' 7', possibly named Dustin.
Suspect number three is a also a while male, late teens or early twenties, wearing camouflage shorts and a tan shirt.
Suspect four is a Hispanic female, heavyset, in her late teens or early twenties, with long black hair.
Police also say it was the female suspect who drove the other suspects away from the crime scene. They were last seen heading northbound on Riverside in a black Acura Integra or similar vehicle with a spoiler.
