Two Men Arrested in Dutch Bros. Armed Robbery
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Two men are arrested in connection with a late-night armed robbery at a local coffee stand.
The calls came in shortly after 10 p.m. Saturday night.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office says employees called from a Dutch Bros. coffee stand off South Pacific Highway near Medford, they said they had been robbed.
Police say the suspects entered the stand and claimed they were armed, they got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Units from Medford and Phoenix police departments as well as the Jackson County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and were searching for the suspect's vehicle.
The truck was eventually located in a parking lot off Oakdale Avenue in Medford.
"Medford PD officers spotted a vehicle thought to be involved, they initiated a traffic stop on vehicle, one of the suspects fled from vehicle on foot and was apprehended by Medford PD," said Nathan Sickler, with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.
One of the suspects was arrested in the parking lot, the second suspect was found on nearby 11th Street.
The two men are currently being lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
