2012 Plastic Round Up
In this week's Green Wednesday Kevin wanted to take a moment to remind everyone about an annual event, the 2012 Plastic Round Up.
This is your chance to get rid of all the plastic items cluttering your house. You can recycle soft plastics like dry cleaning and grocery bags, bubble wrap and landscape fabric, as well as hard plastics like DVDs, DCs, buckets and pet igloos.
The event will be held Friday and Saturday the Oct. 19 and 20 from 9am to 4pm at the Jackson County Expo in Central Point and the Ashland Armory. The fee is only $5 per household.
For the full list of acceptable items click here.
