Traffic Stop Nets Five Pounds of Marijuana, Two Arrests

Troy Dicker and Annette Marie Fowler-Hamilton of Creswell, Ore., were driving down Seventh Street when officers pulled their car over for a traffic stop Friday.
Police say the car had an overwhelming odor of marijuana. When the vehicle was searched, officers found five pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of more than $10,000.
Dicker and Fowler were booked into the Josephine County Jail.
Dicker posted bail. Fowler-Hamilton remains in custody on $50,000 bail.
