Medford Man Dies in Phoenix Crash

We now know the name of the Medford man killed in the head-on collision in Phoenix Wednesday .

48-year old Stephen Green died when his jeep was struck by another jeep driven by 73-year old James Tormey of Medford.

Phoenix Police say Tormey was driving Westbound on Fern Valley Road when he left his lane and collided with Green. Tormey was rushed to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.

The wreck occurred, where Fern Valley Road and Lumen Road intersect, between Interstate-five and Highway 99.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
