Charges Dismissed Against Male Dancers Accused Of Rape
Rape charges against three members of a male dance troupe arrested in Klamath Falls are being dismissed.
The three were accused of raping a 24-year-old woman.
But Klamath County District Attorney Ed Caleb says as additional witnesses testified before a grand jury, it became apparent the case could not be successfully prosecuted.
The men have been in jail since their arrests in early June. Two are being released, while it's expected the third, a Czech national who has reportedly overstayed his visa, will remain in custody on an immigration hold.
