Oregon Man Faces Charges After Cat Left on RR Tracks

A Klamath Falls man has pleaded not guilty to animal abuse charges after a cat was left in a pillowcase on railroad tracks.
Travis Lynn Bowman was charged with animal abandonment and attempted aggravated animal abuse.
The 22-year-old Bowman was released from jail after posting bail.
A passerby rescued the adult calico cat after spotting the pillowcase on the tracks.
