1. Contestant must be 18 years of age to enter.
2. Entry forms must be filled out completely and be received between July 7th through July 25th.
2. One (1) winner will be chosen each week day between July 7th 2008 and July 25th. The winners will be contacted by email.
3. The winners will receive 10 tickets to the Jackson County Waterslides..
4. Acceptance of this prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name and likeness for promotion, advertising and publicity purposes at no additional compensation. No transfer or substitution of prizes is permitted.
5. Employees of KTVL News10 and SOUTHERN OREGON CW are not eligible to win.
6. KTVL News10 and SOUTHERN OREGON CW shall not be liable for lost or stolen entries, personal or property injury, losses or failure of providers in connection with awarding of this prize.
7. Contest is void where prohibited.
8. All decisions are final.
9. All tax, insurance, gratuities, and other liabilities are the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated.
10. One entry per person.
11. Contestant must reside in KTVL’s viewing area.
12. All photos submitted become the property of KTVL.
13. After 30 days, any unclaimed prizes will revert to the station and may be awarded to another contestant or retained as we deem appropriate.
