KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. -- Fairview Elementary in the Klamath Falls City School District will be closing its doors for good for the 2013-2014 school year.
Superintendent, Paul Hillyer, told News 10 that the district has the capacity in the other four elementary schools to hold the 200 Fairview students.
Hillyer also said, that as of next year, the sixth graders will be moving to the Ponderosa Junior High School campus.
The district is hoping to keep all of the Fairview teachers and spread them out throughout the district, but Hillyer said it is too far in advance to know how many they will be able to to keep.
