ASHLAND, Ore. -- Two local businesses in Ashland were rammed into about late Monday night.
Valley Equipment Rental and El Paraiso Mexican Cuisine were smashed into and burglarized.
Both business owners are still in shock that this happened.
Myles Comsotck, the owner of Valley Equipment Rental, said that he has been in Ashland for 21 years and has never seen something like this happen.
Thieves stole many items from both locations, including money, a register, computer and a check book.
The check book stolen belonged to Jesus Nunez, the manager at El Paraiso Mexican Cuisine. He told News 10 that they burglars wrote and cashed two checks worth about 800 dollars.
Both businesses said the repairs will be in the thousands of dollars.
Ashland Police are still looking for suspects.
Police believe that the same person(s) are involved with both burglaries.
