Around 10 p.m. Phoenix Police Officers responded to shots fired call near Oak Street and South B Street in Phoenix.
When officers arrived, witnesses said that an adult male had just ran away from the scene after firing 3-5 shots from a hand gun.
Investigators were able to locate four 9mm shell casings at the location.
Witnesses also told police the two victims were struck by stray bullets. Both victims were hit in the feet.
Witnesses also stated the suspect was known to the victims and witnesses as 30-year-old Derrik Sharbono.
Officers then arrested Sharbono at his home with the help from Jackson County Sheriff's Office, Medford Police Department, Talent Police Department, and Oregon State Police.
Further investigation found that the shooting was not an intentional act of violence, but a prank, using extremely bad judgment, gone wrong.
The two victims were a 13-year-old juvenile and 26-year-old male adult. Both were treated and released from local hospitals. The 26 year old victim ended up being the suspect's brother.
Sharbono now faces various charges including: Assault III, Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
