MEDFORD, Ore -- Local cab companies are changing their rules this weekend to keep drivers safe.
The extra precautions being taken in light of the death of Valley Cab driver William Huson. William "Huey" Huson's body was Sunday in a field near vilas road. Investigators say he'd been shot.
Valley Cab says it's putting cameras in cabs and drivers won't pick up anyone who flags them down, unless they have a confirmed address.
Checker Cabs isn't allowing customers to wear Halloween masks in cars.
The company is also thinking of installing cameras and panic buttons.
