Siskiyou County Sheriff Jon Lopey said Patrica MacCallum and Amber Lubbers were arrested Friday night in Jackson County. Both women are now in the Jackson County Jail waiting extradition to Siskiyou County.
Lubbers was arrested earlier Friday evening. Police had to track down Patricia. She was arrested around 9 p.m.
MacCallum's body was found in the Applegate Creek area of northern Siskiyou County on Nov. 20. Police say he died from gunshot wounds.
The arrest were made after Siskiyou County Sheriff's detective analyzed evidence and questioned several people.
Lubbers is described as Patrica's relative. Patrica was married to MacCallum. The couple had been separated but had reunited.
Lopey said the next step is to get both women to Siskiyou County where they can be formally charged.
