Employees at the hospital told officers a man had come into the emergency room dressed as a United States Marshal, he showed workers a badge and requested help for anxiety. The suspect said he was anxious and needed treatment over a wanted fugitive he was transporting, the bill totaled $1,000, which was never paid.
Then months later a hospital employee was trolling the Jackson County Jail website recognized a lodged inmate, as being the man who posed as a US Marshal. Police have since added additional charges to Donald Anderson Jr.'s tab.Anderson is convicted felon who was in jail for parole violations. He was already in trouble for being picked up as a felon in possession of a firearm. His US Marshal get-up included body armor, which an additional violation of his parole. Hospital employees say this isn't the only time Anderson has ripped off the hospital, earlier in 2012 he posed as a concrete mixer with back pained and never paid the medical bills for that visit either. Police don't know how he obtained a a marshal's a badge and the case is still under investigation.
