GRANTS PASS, Ore. -- Local flower shops are stocked and ready for one of their busiest days of the year.
Valentines Day gifts commonly include flowers, which has Judy's Florist ready for the increase in sales.
"The last few years have really hit up hard, but this year sales look promising," said Judy Samuelson, the co-owner of Judy's Florist.
She says between Feb. 13 and Feb 14 her delivery trucks will be at full force, delivering flowers as far north as Glendale and as far south as Northern California.
"We also ship flowers around the country, even internationally. In fact, just yesterday, we shipped two orders out of the country for Valentines Day," said Samuelson.
She says it's not too late to order your sweetheart flowers for the special day.
"If you place your order today, we will guarantee it will get there by Valentines Day," she said.
Judy's Florist has flowers ranging from $2 to $300, something to fit everyone's budget.
The shop also carries other gifts, such as candy and stuffed animals.
