Paragliders Land in Southern Oregon

The best Paragliders from as far as Australia, China and Europe are launching from Woodrat Mountain for the Paragliders Rat Race.
The pilots flew routes all over the Rogue Valley. Each day, depending on weather conditions the paragliders are given new routes for the different races. To navigate they use GPS systems to find their way while gliding in their chute's.
The experienced pilots enjoy the competition, but also love teaching the new paragliders the tricks of the trade.
The Rat Race ends on the 4th of July, their next race is in August, at Salt Lake City.
